HAPPY BIRTHDAY INTEGRITY TRAINING!
What happens when you reach your 5th birthday?
You get a few presents from your mum and dad, your grandmother gives you a big whiskery kiss on the cheek and a few of your friends get to come around and break your toys. Oh, and you may even get to stay up ‘til gone 8 o’clock!
Well, here at Integrity we like to do things differently – apart from the presents bit (please direct all parcels to our Cardiff Bay address!).
We can barely believe it, but we are now actually 5 years old this year. That’s 1825 days of life. Or 43,800 hours of blood, sweat and tears depending on which perspective you view it from.
Whatever the case, we’ve travelled a hell of a long way in such a short space of time, and we are very proud of our achievements here, never having lost sight of the main focus of our endeavours – to provide a quality training and development service to our customers, who by now are based nationally as well as locally.
When we started off as PT Training & Consultancy Ltd all those many moons ago, we were based in an attic with nothing but old boxes and loft insulation for company. At this time we were able to offer our customers a vast range of training , from 2-day Manual Handling to… well, that was about it – at the time.
Fast forward to 2010 and here we are, with our head office based in Cardiff Bay, and training facilities in Abercynon also. We’ve gone from only being able to offer Manual Handling training, to having the resources and staff to deliver a portfolio of over 40 different courses spanning throughout a variety of sectors, from catering to health and social care.
Since our conception, we have trained over 7,000 delegates and are now accredited by 6 awarding bodies – including the Health & Safety Executive (HSE), the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) amongst others. Furthermore, we are also a holder of the prestigious Investors in People recognition award, as well as holders of both the ISO 9001 and 14001 accreditations. All of these serve to further prove and demonstrate our ongoing commitment to high standards and a quality service.
As well as the above, in the past 5 years of its existence, Integrity Training & Consultancy Ltd has also helped lay the solid foundations for the Integrity Group of companies – which boasts a lettings agency, a marketing division and Cardiff’s largest domiciliary care agency in its armory!

HABC REGISTRATION
Integrity Training and Consultancy Ltd is proud to announce that, as of the 24th of August 2009, we are now registered with the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC).
Formed in 2008, HABC is a new Awarding Body recognised by Ofqual, DCELLS and CCEA to award accredited Food Safety and Health and Safety qualifications. They also plan to encompass First Aid in their operations later on this year.
It has been a fantastic year for Integrity Training, and the above approval from Highfield, along with our registration as a City and Guilds NVQ centre, is testament to the ongoing high standards of the training we supply.

CITY & GUILDS REGISTRATION
As you may all well know, Integrity Training and Consultancy Ltd celebrated its 4th birthday most recently, and what better way to toast our ongoing growth than to announce our registration as an approved City and Guilds NVQ centre!
Initially, the centre was established in order to oversee the NVQ training of internal staff in compliance with CSSIW requirements. However, the demand for NVQ training has surpassed all expectations, and we pleased to be able to confirm that we are now able to provide NVQ training in Health and Social Care at levels 2, 3 and 4.

Since the Integrity Training’s conception four years ago - which as some of you may remember was founded under the moniker ‘PT Training and Consultancy’, the organisation has grown from strength to strength.
Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to delivering training of the highest standards to our clients, Integrity Training is now operating as part of a group of companies which specialise in several areas of business. Integrity Care is the largest domiciliary care provider in the city of Cardiff, whilst the Recruitment arm of the company caters for the placement of Qualified Nurses in care homes located throughout South Wales. In the meantime, Integrity Lettings, and Integrity Create – the two most recent additions to the Integrity Group, cater for the property and design markets respectively.

ISO 9001 was attained March 2008 and shows our commitment to the continual improvement of the services provided to our customers. Our company strategic quality objectives are:

ISO 14001 was attained in June 2008 and highlights our commitment to continually improving our Environmental Management System and processes so that they are evnironmentally sound, prevent pollution, are acceptable to the community, are compliant with all relevant legal requirements and are the requirements of the above Standard and the company.
