Training Officer
Description of the role:
The post holder will undertake training courses for customers in Health & Safety, Food Safety, Manual Handling, First Aid, PoVA, Dementia, Fire Safety and Supervision & Appraisal training. Post holder will also hold or study to attain an A1 award to undertake NVQ Level 2 and 3 assessments.
PURPOSE
To be responsible for delivering training and NVQ Assessing for Integrity Training & Consultancy Ltd’s customers or as delegated to you in line with the aims, objectives, policies and standards of the organisation.

NVQ Health and Social Care Assessor
Post: NVQ Assessor/Tutor
Location: Peripatetic
Responsible to: Centre Manager
Salary: Depending on Experience
Job Purpose:
To ensure that candidates on the NVQ programme are provided with the training
and support required to enable them to achieve an NVQ qualification within a
specified period of time.
Essential Criteria
- Performing the roles covered by the standard for at least 1 year
- Care qualification, or equivalent
- D32/33 or A unit
